Your privacy is very important to us and at Norquest Associates Inc., we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your orders. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to any outside person or vendor.

Customer Service.

Your satisfaction is our main concern. We will support you in the use of our products to ensure that you get the results you expect. Over the years, we have developed a wide variety of tips and techniques that can help you apply our products in the most effective way. Some of these are outlined in our ezine and our blog. We are happy to discuss your requirements at any time.

Exchanges/Returns

Digital or online products are not eligible for return or refund. We will however support you in your use of these products to help you use them effectively.

For paper and/or shipped products Norquest Associates Inc. will accept the return of a purchased item if it is returned within 30 days, and the product has remained unopened and undamaged. If the product is returned to us within 30 days, and it has not been opened or damaged, the customer will receive a refund, or exchange (if more acceptable to the customer), from Norquest Associates Inc. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or is past 30 days of purchase, we cannot accept the product for any exchange or refund.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Online profiles and digital products: There is no shipping or handling charges for these products.
Facilitator kits or paper products: There is no shipping or handling charges for standard shipping, which is normally 5 – 7 business days. If you require expedited shipping, or overnight delivery, there will be an extra charge. Overnight orders must be received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday-Friday only). Please call 1-800-842-5857 for further information. Tracking information is available on all shipped products upon request.
If a product is received damaged we will gladly replace it with the same product and cover your return shipping.
